Job Description
Swisher is seeking a Brand Strategy & Field Activation Manager to support brand strategy and ensure successful execution in the field. This role combines brand strategy and hands-on field execution, requiring a strategic thinker and a doer. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to activate the brand through campaigns, customer engagements, and field activation programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, field marketing, integrated marketing, or activation roles within a consumer-facing environment
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market activation strategy
  • Proven success partnering directly with Sales and key commercial stakeholders to drive customer engagement and revenue-supporting activations
  • Strong experience leading end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, in-market rollout, and post-activation optimization
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of brand assets and field materials
  • Ability to develop sales enablement tools and deliver training that strengthens brand storytelling and execution consistency in-market
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with executive-ready presence
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
