Role OverviewThe Branding & Communications team develops and executes internal and external communications strategies globally and across the firm. The team is focused on protecting Millennium’s reputation, demonstrating industry leadership and supporting a wide range of business initiatives.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute social media strategies, manage content calendars, support social media initiatives, pitch and develop new content series, create and manage content for senior executives, and analyze social and digital performance.

The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or communications, with a strong academic record and excellent copywriting and editorial judgment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or communications
- Proven success managing organic and paid social media campaigns
- Strong experience building and managing content calendars
- Excellent copywriting and editorial judgment
- Strong analytical skills
