Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brazing Technical Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees. This role is crucial for ensuring all new starters are proficient in safe and standardized brazing techniques, maintaining our commitment to quality and safety excellence.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and update engaging and effective training materials, conduct thorough training sessions on all safety procedures related to brazing, deliver hands-on and classroom instruction on brazing theory, and train new employees on established company brazing standards and industry best practices.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of brazing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and technical certification in brazing or welding preferred. They will be able to stay current with new brazing technologies, materials, and safety regulations, and update training programs as necessary.
