Requirements
Assist in the set-up and service of the AM buffets
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
Complete daily inventory prep sheet
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, lobby, and surrounding areas
Clear and clean tables
Wash dishes and serving utensils
Collect trash and waste
