Requirements

  • Prepare and replenish food and beverage items
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, temperature, and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen/prep spaces
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies
  • Greet guests courteously and respond promptly to guest needs or concerns
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
  • Operate, clean, and maintain breakfast equipment
  • Communicate inventory needs or shortages to management
  • Support team members and assist other departments as needed
