Role OverviewThe Breakfast Cook helps with station assignments, maintains place, and prepares hot and cold foods for breakfast according to Food & Beverage department specifications. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
What You Will Do
Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats, set up station and mise en place to Chef's specifications, may be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations, help organize kitchen items, and maintain station cleanliness throughout shift.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of food preparation experience preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
