Job Description
The Heirloom Restaurant is a flagship restaurant featuring formal dining and lakeside comfort. The position of Breakfast Cook is available on a seasonal basis, with a compensation starting at $16.50/Hour and potentially up to $19.00/Hour with experience.

Requirements

  • Follows recipe cards
  • Maintains food safety and a clean working environment
  • Competent communication with front of the house managers
  • Proper Storage, Labeling, and rotation of products (FIFO)
  • Positive team player
  • May work full-time or part-time with some opportunities for overtime
  • May be required to inventory food station items and report inventory to Sous Chef or senior cook
