Job Description
We are seeking a Cook 3 – Breakfast Line to join our Culinary Team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Requirements
Prepare and execute all breakfast menu items—including eggs to order, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, and specialty dishes—according to standardized recipes and Hyatt quality standards
Operate and maintain equipment such as flat tops, griddles, fryers, and ovens specific to breakfast production
Set up and break down breakfast stations daily, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and stored properly for service
Monitor food levels and replenish as needed during service to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
Work multiple stations efficiently with speed and consistency in a high-volume setting
Support and direct junior kitchen staff in the absence of a supervisor
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and culinary leadership
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
Ensure all food safety guidelines, temperature logs, and sanitation standards are followed consistently
