Requirements

  • Work for a specific discipline with minimal direction from the Architect/Engineer
  • Generate BIM elements based on Level of Development (LOD) and project scope
  • Create and maintain the discipline model and systems
  • Accurately model BIM elements in 3D software
  • Prepare detailed drawings and diagrams using current 3D software
  • Maintain discipline model and documentation
