The role will involve designing and managing bridge projects, facilitating team collaboration, and utilizing industry-accepted engineering and bridge design software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering
  • 6-10 years of bridge design experience
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure
  • Bridge inspection experience
  • NHI Certification as a Team Leader
  • SPRAT certification
  • Experience with routine and major bridges, complex structures, and load rating
  • Experience with Alternate Delivery Projects
  • Proficiency with MicroStation and relevant bridge design software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and lead a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
