Role OverviewAs a bridge engineering designer, you'll provide technical assistance and guidance for due diligence, investigation, remediation, improvement, and construction infrastructure projects. You'll assist with the research, design, concept development, planning, and construction of load-bearing structures such as bridges, signs, walls, and transportation facilities. The bridge design engineer reports to the design manager.
What You Will Do
Bridge inspections, assessment, and rehabilitation design. Review of shop drawings and field technical support of bridge construction. Complete quantities and construction cost estimates. Report preparation and cost estimating.
