Role OverviewWe're looking for a NSTM Bridge Inspection Team Leader to join our Transportation Group. This role is ideal for someone eager to lead and learn in a collaborative environment while gaining experience in bridge inspection and design from a highly specialized team.
What You Will Do
As a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, you'll serve as a bridge inspection team leader, develop detailed bridge inspection reports, assist with or generate load rating calculations and documentation, travel as needed to support inspection assignments, and apply structural engineering concepts to a wide range of structural inspection and design-related projects.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in bridge inspection
- Ability and willingness to travel for inspections
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform field inspections
- Completion of NHI class - Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges (130055/130056)
- Completion of NHI class - Bridge Inspection Techniques for Nonredundant Steel Tension Members (NSTM) (130078)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and commitment to quality
