Job Description
The Bridge Program is a structured RN Program that provides a comprehensive new RN on-boarding experience in an acute care pediatric setting. The program is designed to support RNs that have worked, but only for a period of less than 6 months in a non-acute care setting, and would be transitioning to the acute pediatric RN role.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
RN Licensure within the State of Florida or Multi-State Enhanced Nursing License Compact (eNLC)
American Heart Association BLS
American Heart Association PALS
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
American Heart Association ACLS
Less than 6 months RN experience in non-acute care environment (OR) with the approval of CNO or designee based on assessed combination of experience, skills/competencies
