Role OverviewAs Bridge Section Manager, you'll be responsible for operations of the bridge section, including staff development, profitability, morale, and quality control. You'll also function as a Project Manager, taking responsibility for production on projects, and be a technical expert in engineering analysis and design.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include taking administrative responsibility for section staff, leading and coordinating services with other sections, and being directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production, and related issues.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience working with the Florida Department of Transportation, especially FDOT District 1 & 7
- Bridge Rehabilitation, Inspection & Load Rating experience
- Active in Industry Organizations
- Familiarity with engineering software packages such as: Bentley Open Bridge Designer & Open Bridge Modeler, FB-MultiPier, LPile, AASHTOWare BrD & BrR, LARSA 4D, midas Civil, SAP2000, CSiBridge, RM Bridge, spColumn
