Role OverviewThe Broiler Technician (Serviceman) is responsible for providing field service and technical support to contract broiler farms. This role ensures that growers follow company standards for animal welfare, bird health, housing conditions, biosecurity, and production efficiency.
What You Will Do
Maintain a working, professional relationship with Contract producers, inspect farms for compliance with contractual grower agreements, and follow the company’s safety policies.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in animal science/biology/agriculture or related field preferred
- General knowledge of animal husbandry practices preferred

- Efficient in computer programs such as Excel, Word, etc.
