Role OverviewAs a representative of Koch Foods, oversee broiler farms, monitor house conditions, and provide technical assistance to contracted growers. Act as a liaison between the company and growers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory laws.
What You Will Do
Monitor assigned flocks, track and analyze bird mortality rates, maintain feed tank inventories, and share performance numbers with growers. Ensure grower performance and adherence to animal welfare laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Agricultural, Poultry or Animal Science, or other closely related field

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements surrounding animal welfare and food production
