Broista

The Broista is accountable for maintaining the balance of Speed, Quality, and Service in the west valley. They must know and fulfill the Broista standard and meet or exceed their role's responsibilities. The Broista is responsible for delivering an incredible customer experience, making drinks to Dutch Bros. standards, and maintaining an excellent atmosphere and shift vibe.

What You Will Do

On a day-to-day basis, Broistas are responsible for helping deliver an incredible customer experience, making drinks to Dutch Bros. standards, and maintaining an excellent atmosphere and shift vibe. They must engage, greet, and thank every customer with a smile, communicate with respect and good manners, and follow Dutch Bros. appearance guidelines.

Requirements

• Work a minimum of three (3) shifts per week
• Proficiently hear, read, write, and speak English
