Broista

As a Broista, you will be responsible for delivering an incredible customer experience, making drinks to Dutch Bros. standards, and maintaining a clean and orderly working environment. You will be part of a team that is committed to promoting the culture and mission of Dutch Bros. West Valley. You will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and meet the physical demands of the job.

What You Will Do

On a day-to-day basis, Broistas are responsible for helping deliver an incredible customer experience, making drinks to Dutch Bros. standards, and maintaining a clean and orderly working environment. You will be expected to engage with customers, communicate with respect, and follow Dutch Bros. appearance guidelines.

To succeed as a Broista, you must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for up to 10 hours at a time, and be comfortable with cash handling and on-the-fly mental math. You must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and meet the conditions of employment, including acquiring a current Arizona Food Handlers Card certification and passing a background check for Assistant Manager positions and above.

Requirements

• Be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Be available to work within the hourly requirements as laid out on the availability form
• Work a minimum of three (3) shifts per week
• Proficiently hear, read, write, and speak English
• Be comfortable with cash handling and on-the-fly mental math
• Meet all physical demands of the job and conditions of employment
