Requirements

  • Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions
  • Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately
  • Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation
  • Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors
  • Be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school
  • Have proven sales success in the real estate industry or a strong background in a sales-driven environment
  • Have personable and approachable communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions confidently
  • Have basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and common CRM tools
  • Be self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for property visits and client meetings
