Windermere Real Estate is looking for a motivated and people-focused Broker to join their collaborative and supportive team. The Broker will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every step of their home buying or selling journey.

What You Will Do

Assess clients' needs, prepare and manage documentation, and market properties to prospective buyers and investors.

Requirements

• LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school
• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Minimum age of 18+
