Role Overview

As a Broker Manager-S, you will be responsible for driving and achieving company-defined distribution channel sales goals and objectives in the FL submarkets. You will recruit, train, and engage Agent/Brokers to deliver the highest margin and most competitive HMO, CSNP, DSNP, PPO, and HMO-POS business. You will build and enhance strong agency relationships with all contracting levels to successfully deliver very aggressive sales goals in the fall for 2026 and 2027 Annual Enrollment Periods (AEP).

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting for and recruiting new agents, onboarding new agents, developing agent activation strategies, managing individual agent relationships, ensuring agent adherence to all CMS and Aetna guidelines, and coordinating with customer service and health plan resources to support broker activities.

This role requires a strong background in Medicare Advantage Plan and Part D Plans (MAPD) Agent/Broker Sales and/or Sales Management. You will be responsible for meeting established health plan broker sales goals through management of assigned block of agents. You will need to communicate effectively with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Must live in the West Palm Beach or Treasure Coast Florida submarkets
  • Appropriate FL State licensure to sell insurance
  • Medicare Advantage Plan, Sales Management experience
  • Minimum 5 years sales and/or broker sales experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
