Job Description
USCS is seeking a Brokerage Logistics Coordinator I to manage profitability and service of assigned lanes, negotiate rates, and schedule delivery vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of logistics experience, with skills in PC, leadership, and planning, as well as experience in AS400, RMIS, TMS, Word, Excel, Online Scheduling Systems, and Power Point.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of equivalent Logistics experience
  • PC, leadership and planning skills helpful
  • Experience in AS400, RMIS, TMS, Word, Excel, Online Scheduling Systems, and Power Point a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing chaotic environment and consistently meet tight timeline
  • Ability to coordinate with contracted trucking dispatchers and drivers
