Brokerage Operations Manager

Schneider is seeking a Brokerage Operations Manager in Green Bay, WI to provide leadership to a team of logistics brokers. The Brokerage Operations Manager will focus on developing their associates’ selling skills while delivering key business results.

What You Will Do

Set metrics and goals for logistics brokers to meet and achieve. Help logistics brokers grow their book of business. Participate in joint sales calls to assist in closing or growing business. Improve the team’s performance by focusing on continuous development. Identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity. Provide training to the team on new policies, procedures and processes.
