Role OverviewAssist with supervising, supporting, and training Brooder House Worker Team Members engaged in attending to and caring for birds in brooding. Must maintain an attendance point level of no more than 4 points.
What You Will Do
Adjusts controls to regulate temperature in the chicken houses, examines birds for signs of illness, supervises and assists with feed and water birds, cleans and disinfects waterers and pens, and performs routine housekeeping duties.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.) and abide by the Company Bio-security and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer
- No additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months
- Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months
