Role OverviewJoin our Compliance Team as a BSA Analyst I, reporting to the Vice President of BSA. You will be on the front lines of defense against financial crime, monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activity, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
What You Will Do
Investigate transaction monitoring alerts, track and file regulatory reports, conduct due diligence reviews, and monitor customers to ensure adherence to Customer Identification Program requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- One year of equivalent experience/education
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to work well independently and in group settings
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel and Word)
- Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
