Job Description
Assist customers with merchandise and deployment needs, maintain the BSC brand and customer service standards, and perform various tasks including operating a point of sale system, handling customer service, and receiving inventory.

Requirements

  • Accurately enter customer information into the POS system
  • Operate POS system to check out customer purchases, returns or exchanges
  • Answer telephone calls and provide customer satisfaction
  • Identify current and future customer requirements
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Handle and assist with sizing needs for deployments
  • Fulfill back orders and complete sales transactions
  • Sign, verify, and receive inventory
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Pack and unpack items for stocking on shelves
  • Shipping orders to customers
  • Assist other personnel as time and knowledge permit
