Role OverviewThe selected candidate will utilize OAKS HCM, OAKS FIN, and Kronos to ensure proper funding of employees of the Department of Children and Youth (DCY) as well as perform essential federal reporting.
What You Will Do
Establishes and maintains payroll coding to ensure proper assignment and allocation of costs of federal funds used to fund employees, validates/creates combo codes (funding) to ensure proper up to date coding is being used within OAKS HCM, and updates Chart of accounts based on agency need.

Requirements
- 3 yrs. experience in budgeting that included fiscal analysis, management & control (e.g., probability; linear regression; multiple variable regression; computer assisted regression analysis models; trend analysis; forecasting cost benefit analysis).
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in accounting, public finance, public administration or business administration; 12 mos. exp. in budgeting that included fiscal analysis, management & control (e.g., probability; linear regression; multiple variable regression; computer assisted regression analysis models; trend analysis; forecasting cost benefit analysis).
- Or Completion of graduate core program in accounting, public finance, public administration or business administration which included coursework in quantitative/statistical analysis (e.g., probability; linear regression; multiple variable regression; computer assisted regression analysis models; trend analysis; forecasting cost benefit analysis).
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
