Role OverviewBudtenders at High Haven are the employees with the highest level of customer interaction. They will assess the customer’s needs and wants, provide a curated list of potential products, and accurately process the sale, while providing the highest level of customer service and salesmanship.
What You Will Do
Facilitate and process sales of cannabis and cannabis products, exceed purchaser’s expectations by delivering exceptional customer service, work with customers and patients to curate a purchase based on their individual needs, and ensure compliance by adhering to company policies and best practices.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Advanced education preferred
- Cannabis related certifications, courses, or trainings a plus
- Must complete all trainings provided by management
- Must complete yearly training requirements, including Responsible Vendor Training and other courses provided by High Haven.
