Role OverviewThe Food Runner / Buffet Attendant is responsible for setting up, breaking down and maintaining buffet items, ensuring they are fresh, hot, and appealing. They will also assist with running food from the kitchen to guest tables and assisting guests as needed.
What You Will Do
Deliver food from the kitchen to guests and buffet stations with accuracy and care, maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas, and assist servers and hosts with guest needs.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Texas food handler's certificate
- Previous experience as Buffet Attendant or Food Runner role is preferred but not required
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
