Buffet Attendant - Seasonal full- & part-time opportunities

Requirements

• Ensure the buffet area is clean and free of debris before and after service
• Set and maintain buffet stations to standard on time
• Stock shelves with clean, dry plates and bowls
• Set the buffet with all food items and service ware
• Maintain cleanliness of the buffet and surrounding floor space
• Break down the buffet at end of service
• Prep buffet items for the following service alongside the culinary team
• Assist in cold prep during downtime
