Role Overview

Join the outside sales team of a leading flooring supplier as a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant. Build and nurture relationships with builders, remodelers, and designers to drive sales and foster business growth.

What You Will Do

Identify and engage potential clients, secure and negotiate sales deals, maintain client relationships, and adapt to unplanned meetings and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside sales in the flooring OR building materials industry
  • Existing Builder, remodeling and designer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating with the team when needed
  • Negotiation and closing skills
