Building Attendant III

Provides supervision and direction to Building Attendants and trainees, including the assignment, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of daily work activities.

What You Will Do

Ensures that buildings, facilities, grounds, and related equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, orderly, and serviceable condition.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school (or G.E.D)
• Two years of experience in janitorial or related custodial work; or two years as a Building Attendant I, or Building Attendant II
• Valid driver's license
