Role OverviewWork on the Maintenance Team to ensure the proper function of the complex building automation system. Execute Work Orders and preventive Maintenance tasks, order components, and coordinate with technicians and sub-contractors.
What You Will Do
Lead, direct, and teach BAS system operators, diagnose and repair electronic control system malfunctions, manage assigned work, and report problems or changes to management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- Associate degree preferred
- Proven electro-mechanical aptitude
- User PC/software skills
- Familiarity with Johnson Controls Metasys and/or Schneider Electric Controls or equivalent platforms
- Understanding of control programming and graphics for control systems
- Knowledge of various communications protocols used in the industry
- Familiarity with energy management systems, HVAC systems, and temperature controls
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Benefits
- Compensation: $44.88/hour - $46.22 (Depending on shift)
- Health and Welfare (H&W) is $5.00/hour (Per CBA Agreement)
