Role OverviewO&G Industries, Inc. seeks experienced Building Construction Project Managers to join our growing team. As a recognized leader in educational construction, O&G helps communities create modern learning environments through complex renovations, additions, and new school construction projects across the state.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout, serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers, and collaborate closely with jobsite Superintendents and field teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Requirements
- B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in a lead role on building construction projects
- Experience managing projects in the $15M–$30M range
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, construction methods, and cost control
- Ability to effectively coordinate project teams and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with Lean construction practices
- Demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred)
