Job Description
H2M is seeking a dynamic Building Consultant to join their Industrial Hygiene and Forensics team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of estimating experience in the restoration, insurance, and remediation field, with a strong understanding of causes of loss, expected damage, and repair methods.

Requirements

  • Schedule and perform field inspections and necessary site visits
  • Cost estimate medium to large commercial and residential projects using industry standard estimating software
  • Interface with clients and project representatives
  • Document/review/analyze/schedule contracts, change orders, correspondence, daily reports, meeting minutes, monthly reports, and any additional documents related to the project file
  • Provide technical direction to other consultants
