Job Description
Our client is a privately held real estate investment, management, and development firm with a global presence, specializing in residential and commercial properties. The Building Engineer/Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building infrastructure equipment.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or completed apprenticeship in a related field, or a high school diploma with relevant work experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry trades
  • Familiarity with local and federal safety and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage elevated stress levels
  • Must pass intensive background and drug testing
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions
  • Valid driver's license

Benefits

  • Base salary of $85k-$95k (based on experience)
