Role OverviewResponsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s).
What You Will Do
Perform assigned Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) PM’s for site Equipment, including HVAC equipment and compressed air systems (compressors and dryers). Address assigned work orders/tickets on ServiceNow. Clean and repair break room appliances.

Requirements
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
- Understanding of governmental regulations for environmental, health, and safety
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets
