Job Description
Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Building Engineer for our Millennium Tower property in San Francisco. The Building Engineer will maintain, correct deficiencies, and/or make repairs to all common areas within the Association as well as the building grounds.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Hands on experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Painting is highly desired.
  • EPA/608 Universal License preferred.
  • HVAC Certification preferred.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
  • Fire Life Safety Certification is a plus.
