Job Description
NOVA Engineering is seeking a Building Enclosure Field Technician for our Kennesaw, GA headquarters. This role will support building envelope and waterproofing projects through field testing, inspections, and documentation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in outdoor environments, on ladders, and at heights.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in: Building envelope, waterproofing, roofing, or construction inspection (OR construction materials testing or related field work)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
