Role OverviewWe are a 100% employee-owned design/build general contractor seeking a Building Erection Foreman / Co-Owner to lead our crew members in building erection of pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, high energy, and a willingness to put forth their best effort every day.
What You Will Do
Lead and work with crew members, work with project management team, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor quality control and safety standards, and complete daily paperwork.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years construction experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Comfortable with heights
- Great Leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within WI
- Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)
- Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
- Ability to operate tools and equipment
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
