Role OverviewThe Building Inspector will perform daily inspections on residential and commercial construction projects under the direction of the Area Inspection Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily inspections, maintaining detailed records, and communicating with staff and clients.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a residential construction inspector
- ICC Residential Combination Inspector certification
- Valid Georgia driver's license
