Job Description
We are seeking a Building / Maintenance Assistant to help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, repairs, and assisting with facility upkeep.

Requirements

  • Perform interior and exterior painting projects
  • Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces for painting
  • Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
  • Work with plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
  • Coordinate daily maintenance services with Maintenance Director
  • Ensure facility and equipment maintenance for resident comfort and convenience
  • Create a warm, patient, and cheerful environment
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care information
  • Speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Have an active CPR/BLS certification
