Job Description
We are seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Royal Palms Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, responding to guest maintenance requests, and maintaining the cleanliness and operation of resort pools and hot tubs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or engineering
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
