Job Description
Responsibilities include responding to guest maintenance requests, performing routine preventive maintenance, and maintaining resort pools and hot tubs. Must have 3 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or engineering
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Must be available to work weekends
