Role OverviewThe Building Maintenance employee is responsible for the general care and upkeep of the buildings, its facilities, machinery, equipment, and grounds. The role requires adapting to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a positive attitude. The employee will work independently and as a team, and will be required to work at high heights, climb, crawl, or work in awkward or cramped positions.
What You Will Do
The Building Maintenance employee will perform a variety of tasks, including maintaining lawn and grounds, repairing parking lots and sidewalks, performing snow removal and salting, painting interior and exterior, drilling, breaking up, repairing, or replacing building brick, stone, and concrete, and performing general labor and custodial duties as needed.
