The Building Maintenance Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the Engineering Department, maintaining equipment and building in optimum condition, and meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management
  • Knowledge in preventive maintenance program
  • Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Good command in English and computer (Microsoft Office)
