Job Description
The Building Maintenance Manager will assist the Director of Engineering in ensuring the efficient operation of the Engineering Department, maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition, and meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management
  • Knowledge in preventive maintenance program
  • Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Good command in English and computer (Microsoft Office)
