UT Southwestern is seeking a skilled and dependable Building Maintenance Specialist, 3rd Shift, to support facility operations at Clements University Hospital. The role involves responding to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building system issues, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years of skilled or journeyman level experience
  • Experience in two trades or crafts, such as plumbing, electrical, welding, mechanical, housekeeping, carpentry, and painting
