Role OverviewThe Building Maintenance Supervisor II is responsible for conducting facilities management for all RMV service centers in the Southeast Region. The person will also serve as the liaison between the landlords and MassDOT as well as procure and manage numerous contract and vendor services.
What You Will Do
Creating requisitions, obtaining quotes/estimates, and verifying vendor invoices. Conducting day to day oversight of all janitorial, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, pest control and various facilities related contracts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft suite and case management software, be proactive and detail-oriented, and have a valid Class D Driver's License.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft suite and case management software such as Building Engines, Prism, and the Uhoo Dashboard.
- Proactive and attention to details.
- Possession of a valid Class D Driver’s License.
- Knowledge and basic use of hand tools and power tools.
- Possession of a valid Hoisting Engineer’s License Class 1C and 2A.
- Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot.
- Ability to self-manage daily schedule and tasks.
- Ability to understand the basic on how building mechanical systems function.
