Role OverviewThis position is responsible for performing general grounds, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance duties in support of assigned facilities. The team member will work independently, exercising judgment and initiative, and will be responsible for maintaining maintenance records and overseeing the work of staff.
What You Will Do
Perform a variety of maintenance, repairs, and service duties to ensure the continuous operations of all assigned buildings or mechanical facilities. Provide lead direction to part-time and/or seasonal staff, plan, inspect, and evaluate work in progress, and provide ongoing training to team members.

Requirements
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with all Building Maintenance Technician I & II position responsibilities
- Ability to provide lead direction to part-time and/or seasonal staff
